Exchange & Refund Policy

Please red through our exchange and return policy should you require to exchange or return any of our products you have purchased form us.


You may cancel an order provided:

  • you contact PinkRabbit to cancel your order immediately; and
  • your order has not been shipped; and
  • you agree to pay for cancellation fee which may be imposed by PinkRabbit.


Unfortunately, all our products are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene reasons save as provided otherwise under this policy. Change of mind is also not accepted as a reason for refund or exchange.

Ingredients of the products are listed on the respective product pages. We urge you to read through the information provided in case you may develop an allergic reaction towards a particular ingredient. If you do experience an allergic reaction, please do not continue using the product and consult your medical healthcare professional immediately. Please do not buy if you are unprepared to take the risk of an adverse or disappointing reaction. We are not responsible for any adverse or undesirable reaction caused by the products that we sell and we do not accept exchange, return or refund for this reason. 


In the very unlikely event hat the product you received has leaked or is damaged, please contact us within 2 business days upon receiving the faulty product at eshop@pinkrabbit.com.my or +603 6211 9863. Please do not send back any products prior to contacting us or receiving instructions from us. Return in itself does not guarantee that you are entitled to an exchange or refund and we are not responsible should the item be lost or damaged during transit.

For leaked or damaged products, we will request for pictures and/or video recordings of the following to support your request: 

  • the exterior of the delivery box to check for any damage on the exterior box;
  • the interior of the delivery box to check if the products have been reasonable protected; and
  • the damaged or leaked products in question

Please do not throw away the delivery box as we may need you to send it back to us. The faulty product must be reasonable extent be unopened, unused, sealed and with the original tag (if any) still intact. We will get in touch with you with further instructions as soon as we can after we reviewed your submission.


We will try our very best to ensure all orders are in order before shipping out. Should you received an incorrect item, please get in touch with us immediately within 2 business days. We will ship the correct item to you as soon as possible provided that the incorrect product has been returned to us. We will bear all costs and expenses for the return of the incorrect product as well as for shipping out the correct product to you. Please note that we will only accept return of the product in its original, unopened, unused and sealed condition. Product must be returned to us within one week upon receipt of our return request.
