Shipping and Delivery Policy

We are committed to do our very best to deliver amazing products and customer service experience to you and we hope you will take some time to read through our shipping and delivery policy.


Currently, we only ship within Malaysia. Confirmed orders will be processed and shipped within 4 business days and on business days only (Monday - Friday, excluding Public Holiday).

Our shipping rate is RM10 within West Malaysia and RM15 to East Malaysia. Estimated delivery time between 2-4 business days for West Malaysia and 5-8 days for East Malaysia. 

Please note the estimated delivery time provided is based on orders placed before 12pm Malaysian Time and are subject to changes depending on the logistic service provider and other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed on the following business day. Deliver to rural or remote areas may require more time. During peak online sales and promotion periods, deliveries may also take longer time than usual. Please note that we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising from or in connection with the late delivery.

Please also note that delivery may be hampered by force majeure events as set out in our Terms of Use in which event, we shall not be liable for any delay or non-performance. 


We may not be able to deliver certain products via air freight to East Malaysia as some are classified by the Government as "dangerous goods" if they contain aerosol, alcohol, flammable liquids, gases or solids such as hair sprays, deodorants, perfumes, nail polish, etc.


Tracking number and order information will be sent through email when your order is confirmed and is ready to be shipped. 


Ownership of the product(s) is/are transferred to you upon receipt of full payment for the product(s) by PinkRabbit. The risk of loss or damage to the product(s) is/are transferred from PinkRabbit to you upon delivery. 


In the case where an order is returned due to incorrect address provided or your refusal to accept delivery or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to clarify on your delivery information and reasons for the failed delivery.

Should you request for redelivery, we will charge you additional shipping and handling fee for the redelivery service.

Should you decide not to have your package delivered to you or any third party, we will proceed to cancel your order and no refunds will be issued in such event.
