All payments are subject to verification and approval by the relevant paying banks. We shall not be liable for any delay or cancellation of your order if there has been a delay by the relevant paying banks to process your payment request or payment declined. Please note that PinkRabbit does not request, keep or store any banking or payment information of its customers as all payment transaction as handled by relevant payment gateway unless we require the to process refunds in which event, we may request for your bank account details.
All orders submitted by you as the buyer are deemed as an offer to purchase the products and are subject to acceptance by PinkRabbit.
We are entitled to decline or reject the buyer's order in whole or in part without assigning any reason, or delay or defer delivery of any order in whole or in part due to product availability, low inventory lever, or for any other reason. For any order cancelled by us, the amount paid by the buyer will be fully refunded. If there are a number of products purchased in a single order, the refund amount will be according tot he price of the product(s) that has/have been cancelled by us.
An order may be cancelled by you as the buyer provided:
- you contact PinkRabbit to request for cancellation immediately; and
- you pay any cancellation fees which may be imposed by PinkRabbit; and
- the order has not been shipped. If an order has already been shipped, no cancellation or refund shall be permitted.
INDEMITY
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold PinkRabbit, its directors, shareholders and employees harmless against all actions, proceedings, claims, demands, liabilities, obligations, losses, damages, costs and expenses arising from your breach of any Terms of Use.
